    Attorney Gail C. Groy is the Founder and President of Groy Law Firm S.C. focusing her practice on Personal Injury Law and Civil Litigation.


    Attorney Groy became a lawyer in 1998. Prior to that she was a qualified electrical & electronics engineer and a high school mathematics and technology teacher. She brought these valuable experiences into her practice of law handling a wide variety of personal injury and civil litigation cases, such as motor vehicle accidents, products liability, slip and falls, dog bites and wrongful deaths. She has appeared countless times in court successfully arguing the most difficult summary judgments, motions and achieving amazing settlements for her clients through tough negotiations, mediations and arbitrations. Her success rate precedes her, and attorney Groy uses her analytical ability and knowledge of the law and forensics, to whirlwind outstanding results.


    If a settlement cannot be reached before trial, Attorney has a vast network that allows her access to some of the best expert witnesses in the country. This gives Attorney Groy and her clients a decided edge over her competitors in mediation and in the courtroom. Her clients also appreciate her willingness to speak to them and learn about their pain and suffering, including often times a loss of enjoyment of life, that their injuries have caused them. She then quantifies these injuries and argues passionately on her clients behalf ready for the fight to win.


    In addition to her success rates, Attorney Groy brings to her practice a strong background in engineering, math and science. This gives her the unique capacity to truly analyze all aspects of a case to determine the best course of action for her clients. No one expects this mixture of law and science as she gallantly throws out her knowledge to the unsuspecting with a lateral twist.

    Attorney Groy began her legal career in the United Kingdom after graduating from the Kingston University Law School in Surrey and the Westminster University in London. After relocating to the United States, Attorney Groy, joined in a petition to the Supreme Court of Wisconsin to take the Wisconsin State Bar Exam, as she had a British law degree. She was successful, where no one had before succeeded, and after passing the Wisconsin bar exams, she became one of the first foreign attorneys allowed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin, without having attended an ABA approved law school. She succeeded where no one had before, which is the armor she will apply to your case.


    Her uniqueness and skill set culminated in attorney Groy being an associate member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, where she is working to bring forensic expertise into her civil litigation personal injury practice.


    Outside the office, Attorney Groy has five children and a vineyard in Verona with her husband, which entails planting, growing and maintaining grape vines throughout the season.
